Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to reservations and transportation services offered by Star Limo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through starlimosf.com, by phone, or through our staff. By placing a reservation, you agree to these terms and to the trip details and price shown or separately confirmed for your booking.
Reservations and trip details
Please provide accurate passenger, contact, pickup, destination, flight, and schedule information. Tell us promptly about changes. Service depends on vehicle and driver availability. A booking is confirmed when we issue a reservation confirmation. We may contact you to resolve missing or conflicting trip details.
Prices, payment, and changes
The reservation confirmation or written quote states the fare and any disclosed fees. Changes to the route, stops, waiting time, duration, or service may change the final amount; we will communicate material changes where practical. A card authorization is not necessarily a completed charge. Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated with the reservation or written quote. Contact us for help with a change, cancellation, or billing question.
Passenger safety and service
Passengers must follow applicable law and reasonable driver safety instructions. We may decline or end service where necessary for safety or unlawful conduct. Traffic, weather, flight changes, road closures, and other conditions outside our control can affect arrival times. Please do not leave valuables unattended in a vehicle.
Star Limo trip text messages
When you separately check the text-message consent box on the booking form or otherwise expressly opt in, Star Limo may send transactional texts about your reservation, driver assignment and contact information, pickup coordination, trip changes, and related service updates. We do not use this consent to send promotional texts.
Message frequency varies by trip. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Star Limo text to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing transportation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you opt out, we may need to contact you by another method about an active reservation. Text delivery depends on your carrier and network. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and messaging consent.
Driver trip-assignment texts
Approved Star Limo drivers can opt in by texting START from the mobile number saved in their driver account to the Star Limo text number. After the number matches an approved driver record, we send a confirmation and may send trip assignments and related operational updates. These are not marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Participation is voluntary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Website use
Do not use the booking site to submit false reservations, interfere with service, or access another customer’s information. We may update this website or these terms; changes will be posted here with a new effective date and will not retroactively change a confirmed reservation’s quoted terms without notice.
